Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which Youthboostfresh accepts returns and provides refunds for physical products and workshop passes purchased through our website or direct contact.

Physical Products

Physical items such as the Field Training Guide and Session Bandana may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition with packaging intact.

  • Contact us at help@youthboostfresh.world to initiate a return
  • Include your order confirmation and reason for return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Workshop Passes

Workshop passes may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date. Passes cancelled within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to a future session within 30 days, subject to availability.

  • Unused passes expire 30 days after purchase
  • Expired passes are not eligible for refund or transfer
  • Passes are non-transferable to other individuals

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Workshop passes that have been used to attend a session
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Digital content or downloadable materials, if offered in the future

How to Request a Return

Email help@youthboostfresh.world with your name, order details, and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a confirmation number within two business days.
